1st day of school
so today was the first day of school for both Kayla and Kendra. both seem very excited to go..Kendra for the first time, and Kayla to see her friends from last year. I did take about 50 pictures and these were the best i could get, having them both smile and look a the camera is more challenging than you would think. i miss 'em already

running
somehow Crystal has convinced me to run, and not only to run but to train for the San Antonio half marathon which takes place in early November. So far it has been going well. We took part in a 5k a few weeks back and will be participating in a 8K the 2nd week of August. Below are some shots from our first race.
